The Man that carried out terror attack in London West minister bridge has been named by UK Police as Khalid Mashood 52 British born career criminal, father of 3 living in Birmingham area with series of criminal conviction for assault and other crimes.
His first conviction was 1983 for criminal damage and the last was 2003 for possession of a knife.
