The Deputy High Commissioner of Sierra Leone to Nigeria has been kidnapped, General Nelson William rtd was on his way to Kaduna to attend a military graduation Friday when he was abducted.
The embassy accountant said he received a call from the kidnappers who demanded for N44m.
General William was a former Chief of Army Staff
