Col Sam Inokoba former Bayelsa state, PDP chairman is reported dead wednesday morning in Lagos,the former Chairman decamp to All Progressive Congress APC,and was said to have obtain the Nomination and expression of Interest form for the up coming Bayelsa Governorship election primaries.
The exact cause of his death is uncertain.while it was attributed to heart attack,some said it was a case of food poison.his body had been deposited in the Military Cantoment hospital Ikeja.
