Rivers Election Tribunal Dismisses Four case against Governor Wike

                          

Rivers State Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja has dismissed four out of five petition against Governor Wike challenging his election victory.the only petition left in the Tribunal is the All Progressive Congress APC filed by it's governorship candidate Dakuku Peterside.

Justice Mu 'azu dismissed the petition of Minaibim Harry of the Social Democratic Party,SDP on the grounds that the petition was incompetent.
 The Labour Party Petition (EPT/RV/GOV/01/2015) By Tony Wonye and another by the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) and its candidate, Charles Harry was also dismissed, (EPT/RV/GOV/02/2015).while Kowa Party petition by Kemka Elenwo was voluntarily withdrawn.
