Vice President Osinbajo and other dignitaries, arrived Lusaka Zambia yesterday for the commissioning of Dangote,1.5million tonnes Cement Plant and 30 MW coal fire power plant in Ndola Zambia.among the dignitaries are Governor Oshiomole,billionaire Otedola and host of others.
