First Lady donates Milk Supplement to expectant Mothers

  

The wife of the President Aisha Buhari,in other to ensure improved health condition for pregnant women,donated 700 cartoons of Frisomum milk supplement for distribution to expectant mothers in Adamawa state.
The wife of the Adamawa state Governor,Hajiya Maryam Jibrilla  and Aisha Buhari's representative during the flag off of the distribution of the Milk supplement describe it as the beginning of good things for women in the North east ravaged by insurgent.

 “ I urge beneficiaries of this intervention from the mother of the nation, Her Excellency Aisha Buhari to accept it with open heart, believing that it would go a long way in serving the purpose for which the gesture was intended.
“Moreover, this gesture is an extension of similar magnanimity to other places across the length and breadth of the North East.
“ I therefore call for the judicious use of this milk supplement for the improvement of the reproductive health status of our pregnant women.” Jibrilla said.
She express concern over the high mortality rate of pregnant women and said the present adminstration will do all within its power to reduce the current situation to it barest Minimum
