Boat carrying 173 passenger capsized in the Philippines

A boat carrying 173 passengers has capsized in central Philippines moment after leaving the port,according to CNN reports.
36 people has died,118 survivor and 19 still missing according to coast guard.
The boat MB Nivarna,just departed Ormoc city,Leyte Province, bound for Pilar town in Comates Island east of Cebu,on thursday when the disaster struck.
The boat 27m long was just 200m from the shore line.
