President Buhari fly to South Africa for African Union summit
President Buhari leaves Nigeria for south Africa to attend the 25th African Union summit holding in in Johannesburg.
In a statement issue by Femi Adesina Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity,he said the president will be undertaking his first continental assignment since taking over office by chairing the meeting of the peace and security committee of the AU summit which holds on the day of his arrival
The statement also reveals that Buhari will hold other bilateral meeting which will focus on his security drive to smash Boko Haram
According to what Buhari said on Thursday at the summit of Head of States and Government of the Lake Chad Basin Commission (LCBC), that the list of the logistic needed to prosecute the war will be finalize at the AU summit before been forwarded to the G7 countries.
