Following the dismissal of charges against former Governor of Bayelsa, Sylva by Justice AR Mohammed in Abuja High court few days ago, the EFCC angered and disappointed yesterday release 50 fresh charges against the ex.governor.
The new charges were increased from 42 to 50 by the Commission and they are likely to be assign to a new Judge
The charges detail the alleged looting carried out by sylva when he was a Governor of Bayelsa ,he is alleged to have connived with three companies to commit the offences.
The commission faulted the action of Justice AR Mohammed for dismissing the case without Sylva making a plea.
