Court dismisses N19 billion fraud case against Timipre Sylva

     

A Federal Court in Abuja has dismissed a N19.2b fraud case brought against Sylva Timipre Ex governor of Bayelsa State,citing "Abuse of court process"
The EFCC  withdrawn 6 Count Charges brought against the former Governor 9 days ago before this judgement, the court held that the EFCC tried to interfere  with administration of Justice by withdrawing the charges after they have been heard and adjourned
The EFCC have two cases against Sylva.The ex governor is now a top Member of the All Progressive Congress.
