Elon musk the founder of Tesla electric car has unveil in California a power wall Lithium battery that can power homes and Business by storing up energy thereby reducing dependence on fossil fuel.
The Lithium ion battery comes in 7KWh which sell $3000,(£1954), while the 10KWh cost $3,500,(£2275) it can be mounted outside the wall or inside the wall of a house
Musk also added that a larger version called PowerPack for businesses will be created which will come in 100KWh.the PowerPack is "infinitely scalable" according to Tesla and will change how businesses used and conserve energy in the future.
"It's a fundamental transformation about how the world works," Musk said at the launch event held near Los Angeles.
