One Mr Emeka Nnate has been sentenced by a senior Magistrate Aminu Eri for attempt to commit an offence,he was sentenced to one month In prison or pay N100 at the Senior Magistrate Court in Wuse zone 2.Nnate a student pleaded guilty.
The prosecutor Sgt Francis Tanko told the court that a group of Police on patrol along Wuse Abuja arrested and brought the convict to the Wuse police station May 15th,he said he was suspected to be a bag snatcher, and was caught after a hot chase at Wuse Market bus stop.
