     Gov Rochas Okorocha showcases his certificate of Return from INEC on Thursday

Incumbent Governor of Imo state Rochas Okorocha who won re-election display his certificate of return, after receiving the certificate from the National INEC commissioner  for Imo, Ebonyi and Enugu states Gladys Nwafor
