The senior secondary school student graduating this year in Borno state will have their WAEC/NECO registration fee paid by the state government.This measure is taken to reduce the burden and hardship already inflicted upon their parent by Boko haram Insurgents whose source of livelihood mainly farming and trading have been disrupted.
The commissioner of Education disclosed this when the NUT,Nigeria Union of Teachers members visited him, he also pleaded support for teachers, implementation of minimum wages of N18,000,and also told the teachers that arrangement have been made to organize extra lessons for the senior secondary school students in preparation for the examd
