Marey Carey to Pay $500K while Nick Pays $250k If Prenuptial agreement is violated

            

The couple who married 2008 signed a prenuptial agreement which compels  Mariah Carey to pay $500k if she violates the confidential clause of their marriage while Nick will have to pay half that fine if he does the same thing
Nick Canon entered the marriage with less than $150 k while Mariah Carey has an estimated Fortune of $150 million.it appears Nick Cannon has violated the agreement by making a record track about his big pay out from his ex-wife and having new woman,the track that was reportedly leaked.
