Court Orders Retrial of Aljazeera Journalist

           

Three Al-Jazeera journalist sentenced to lengthy jail term in Egypt will now face a retrial, Appeal court rule today in Cairo
Canadian -Egyptian, Mohamed Fahmy,Australia Journalist, Peter Greste,and Egyptian Baher Mohamed fate now lies on the appeal court,the journalist were not granted bail, but their lawyer said the retrial will be within a month,where the decision will be taken to be set free or to continue their sentence
The three men have been held since Dec 2013.
