The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeals against the Governor of Delta State, Dr Okowa,the Gov of Oyo,and Yobe state likewise.
Justice Musa Dattijo Muhammed read the lead judgment in one of the appeals on Delta governorship election filed by Great Ogboru of Labour Party.

Blame Obasanjo and all Past Leaders For Nigeria Woes

   

Senate President Bukola Saraki officially responded to former  President Obasanjo letter while answering question from Journalist,blaming all past leaders since 1999 for the woes currently facing the country.
He clearly stated that rather than blame one person for the problems,all past leaders and office holders since 1999 in one way or the other contributed to the current problem facing the country.he said rather than blame an individual, all stakeholders should collectively work for the good of the country.

Falana's Petition Against,Dasuki,Okonjo-Iweala,Arrives International Criminal Court

       

The International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague has confirmed that it is considering petition submitted to it by human rights lawyer Femi Falana, SAN over alleged crimes against humanity committed in the context of the arms procurement scandal.
The ICC revealed this in a letter dated 1 February 2016 with reference: OTP-CR-32/16 and signed by Mark P. Dillon, Head of Information & Evidence Unit of the ICC.
