Justice Peter Affen of Federal High Court in Abuja ruled on Friday that the continuous detention of ex NSA Col Dasuki did not violent the order granting him bail.
The Judge dismissed Dasuki's application seeking to stop his trial on charges of diverting N19 billion, Money meant for arms procurement.
A similar judgement has been delivered by Justice Buba Yusuf Feb 8.Justice Affen then fixed 23 March for the Commencement of trial over the $2.1bn arms fund diversion.
