A senior Operative of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has been arrested and is telling investigators what he knows , he has been alleged of collecting bribe from a Northern politician who is under investigation by the EFCC.
Source reveals that the suspect alleged struck a deal with one of the Northern politician who is being probed and had the matter in court to tamper with his case file to weaken the agency case against him.
The deal was revealed by operatives who were assigned to monitor the agent unusual calls and movement.
Following his arrest , some incriminating items,were found in his residence by a team of detective.
