Supreme Court Rules Bukola Saraki's Case Must Continue

   

The Supreme of Nigeria today ruled that the decision of the lower court  against Senate President must stand,the lower court has earlier dismissed his appeal challenging the power and Jurisdiction of the Code of Conduct Tribunal to Try him  on a 13 count  of false declaration of asset The Tribunal dismissed his appeal and orders a continuation of Bukola trial.
