President Buhari Appoints Mahmud Yakubu As INEC Chairman

The Council of State has today approve the Professor Mahmud Yakubu as the Substantive Chairman of Independent National Electoral INEC.

Aminu Zakari has been the acting Chairman  after Prof Jega tenure expired.
