A footage of a terrifying moment shows when a new born baby was discover by a good Samaritan in a bin bag abandon on a road side, the baby was found with umbilical cord and the placenta still attached.on opening the bag the baby was still alive, stretching out his arms.
The location of the video is not known but it is believed to be in the Philippines.
