An Indian man was arrested in the street with the head of his wife on one hand and an axe on the other hand, the 53 year old man Ramchandra Sheu Chavan, , was pick up when someone called the police .the police said he was a gate man for 20 years.
He allegedly behead his wife Sonabai Ramchandra Chavan, 45, on Friday morning because he thought she was having an affair with his son-in-law,according to neigbour the couple were always seen quarreling, they were heard arguing before Chavan attacked his wife,locking up his daughter in law and and two grand sons first.
