Election Tribunal Upholds Dino Melaye's Election

                                

The National Assembly Petition Election Tribunal sitting in Lokoja Kogi state has upheld the election of Senator Dino Melaye,the Chairman Ad-hoc committee on Publicity.
His election has been challenged by Smart Adeniyi,the former occupier of the seat, a member of Peoples Democratic Party,PDP.
The petition was earlier dismissed on technical ground but the appeal court ruled it should re trialed.
