ISIS Offer Norwegian and Chinese Hostages for Sale

  ISIS release ransom posters for Norwegian and Chinese captives
ISIS posted the Pictures of a Norwegian and Chinese Hostage on their online magazine Dabiq offering anyone who can pay their ransom to take possession of them in a limited time offer.
The men are a Norwegian , Ole Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad, 48, from Oslo, and the Chinese man as Fan Jinghui, 50, a freelance consultant from Beijing. 


The poster states: 'To whom it may concern of the crusaders, pagans and their allies as well as what are referred to as human "rights" organisations.
'This prisoner was abandoned by his government which did not do its utmost to purchase his freedom.'
It then lists a telegram number for 'whoever would like to pay the ransom for his release and transfer', adding: 'Note, this is a limited time offer.'
Norwegian Prime Minister in a press conference on Wednesday  confirmed one of the hostage is a Norwegian man in his 40's was held in Syria,but made it clear they are not going to pay ransom to criminals
