Three passengers and a Pilot of a Saudi owned private jet have been killed after the jet crash into an car auction park near Hamsphire,the jet overshot the runway at Blackbushe Airport on the Hampshire-Surrey border, 
Brazilian-built Embraer Phenom 300 which cost $7m  was completely destroyed crashing and destroying over 12 cars leaving a Black fireball,all staff and customers at the British car auction escape unharmed,

President Buhari orders the Release of N5 billion to bomb victims



President Buhari on Friday 31st July directed  the Head of Service of the Federal Danladi Kifasi to release N5billion  to the Victim Support Fund VSF, a pledge made by the Federal government in 2014.
The directive came after the head of the committee Theophilus  Danjuma brief the president at the villa today.
He told him that out of N55.92 bn pledge at the fund raiser dinner, N33.54 was still outstanding including N5bn pledged by the Federal Government,with only N23.33 bn available to VSF in four various banks

The officers appointed include some Principal Staff Officers at Defence and Army Headquarters, Corps Commanders and General Officers Commanding as well as other commanders, army spokesperson, Sani Usman, said.
They include 37 Major Generals, 57 Brigadier Generals, 128 Colonels and several Lieutenants Colonels among many others.

Gov Wike Nyesome loses Bid to stop Rivers Election Tribunal Sitting in Abuja

                           

The Rivers State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal has dismissed an application by Rivers State Governor, Nyesome Wike, challenging the power of the tribunal to sit in Abuja, instead of Port Harcourt.
At its sitting in Abuja on Monday, the tribunal dismissed Wike’s application, maintaining that its relocation to Abuja was in order.

Three arrested for Diverting N40M USAID Drugs
