Naval Officer beaten and Burn to death by Okada riders

     

This can be a case of mistaken identity, a Navy officer was beaten to death along with his brother on their way to kaduna mistaken to be armed robbers, according to a family narrative, they refuse to stop for stop for police in Abuja, and unfortunately a robbery has just taken place. they were dragged out of their car beaten and burn to death.he is  Commander Uwi samuel Ugodi from Benue state.
