Uduaghan Switch Side, Back Consensus gubernatorial Candidate, Edevbie

     


This  political scene in the selection of a Gubernatorial candidate of the ruling Party in Delta State seem to have taken a new turn, having the sitting Governor making a dramatic turn from the popular Tony Obuh to a Consensus Candidate Mr David Edevbie

Uduaghan move was in line with the Stake holders decision to dump Tony Obuh,this decision was arrived at because of the refusal of the 12 Delta North aspirant to step down for one another.

Mr David Edevbie was a Commission of finance under James Ibori and a Principal secretary to late President Musa Yar Adua,Mr Edevbie who hail from Ughelli, was adopted as a consensus candidate on Thursday by the Urhobo Progressive Union, UPU,

Similarly other aspirants from Delta South and Central were ask to step down,the Camp of Tony Obuh fell into total shock and silence.
