A south African Judge has today set free and cleared shrien Devani a British businessman who was charge of killing his wife during their honeymoon in South Africa
Judge Jeannette Traverso said the Prosecutor argument has 'Fallen far below' the level needed to secure conviction
The judge attack the star witness of the prosecution, for giving a poor Testimony, she said She did not know when the 'lies end and the truth begins'
Devani never testified,though his story have changed several times since 4 years,Prosecutor accused the Bisexual businessman of hiring his driver to stage a fake carjacking with the assistance of two assassins to kill his Engineer wife while the car they drove in passed through a Township late at night.
He is cleared of all charges
